Tiny Scholars Play School – Terms & Conditions

Admission: Admission is subject to seat availability and completion of all required registration and documentation formalities.

Fees: School fees must be paid as per the schedule provided by the school. Fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the school.

Attendance: Regular and punctual attendance is expected. Parents/guardians are requested to inform the school in advance if their child will be absent.

Pick-up & Drop-off: Children must be dropped off and collected only by authorized individuals. Parents/guardians must notify the school in advance of any changes to the authorized pick-up arrangements.

Health & Safety: Parents/guardians must inform the school about any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs that may affect the child’s health, safety, or care.

Personal Belongings: Parents are encouraged to clearly label their child’s personal belongings. The school will not be responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

Activities & Photos: Children may take part in age-appropriate classroom activities, events, celebrations, and other school programs. Photos or videos may be captured for school-related communication or promotional purposes, subject to the required consent.

Communication: Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate and updated contact information and for regularly checking important communications from the school.

Behaviour: Children are expected to follow age-appropriate classroom rules and safety guidelines. Any behavioural concerns will be discussed with parents/guardians, and the school will work together with them to address such concerns.

Changes to Policies: The school reserves the right to modify its policies, schedules, fees, procedures, or guidelines when necessary. Parents/guardians will be informed of any significant changes.

Parent/Guardian Responsibility: Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring compliance with the school’s policies, rules, and guidelines.

Acceptance: By enrolling their child at Tiny Scholars Play School, parents/guardians confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the school’s terms, policies, and guidelines.
